Place a large piece of aluminium foil on a baking sheet. Place the salmon on top, skin side down. Tuck the lime slices underneath the salmon and pour ¾ cup of sauce on top.
Wrap up the foil around the salmon and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily.
Pour the remaining ¼ cup of sauce on top and serve immediately.
