Are you looking for a healthy snack idea? These No Bake Cinnamon Energy Bites are wonderfully flavoured for the holiday season, made with wholesome ingredients and SO easy to put together!
Add all ingredients to a powerful food processor and process until it has the consistency of firm cookie dough.
Roll into balls, I use a heaping teaspoon of mix per energy bite.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
If your processor is having trouble with the bulk of ingredients, start with about a quarter of the mix in the processor, then gradually add more until everything is processed down.
