Are you looking to add more fruit to your diet, but you feel overwhelmed? Try this simple raspberry mango smoothie. It's made with frozen fruit!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water milk or non-dairy milk
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-power blender and blend until smooth. Add a little more liquid if necessary. Serve over ice if you like things super cold.
