Orange and Chocolate Energy Bites
A simple and energy-boosting snack that's perfect for busy moms!

- 1 cup dried dates pitted
- 1/4 cup soft dried apricots
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder raw preferred
- zest from 1-2 oranges
- 1 pinch sea salt
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until everything is evenly chopped and sticks together if you press it into a ball.
Shape into balls by rolling 2-3 teaspoons of the crumbly mass between the palms of your hands. You can toss them in extra cacao, if you like.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer for several weeks.
