Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 medium pears cored and roughly cut up
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 cups spinach packed
  • 1/2 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup OR honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder

Instructions

  • Pour the almond milk in a high power blender. Add all other ingredients on top. Blend until smooth and drink right away.

Notes

If you're looking for a meal replacement, this smoothie serves one very hungry person. If you have a smaller appetite or are looking for a snack, it's more likely to make 2-3 servings.
