Ingredients

  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 1 cup dried dates
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Then process them in a food processor by adding a spoonful at a time, waiting for every batch to blitz down before adding more.
  • Once the mix sticks together and looks like chocolate cookie dough, stop the processor. Roll the "dough" into balls, about 1 teaspoon in size, and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. You can also store them in the freezer for a month if you want to keep them for longer.
