Ingredients

For the dressing:

  • Zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds

For the salad:

  • 2 pounds fresh strawberries hulled and sliced

For garnishing:

  • Handful fresh mint leaves optional
  • Chopped pistachios optional

Instructions
