Piña Colada Smoothie

For the freezer packs (makes 4 smoothie packs):
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 6 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 sliced bananas
For making a smoothie (this is for ONE smoothie):
- 1/2 - 1 cup pineapple juice almond milk OR coconut milk
- Honey and/or vanilla extract optional
Make the packs:
Evenly divide coconut milk ice cubes, pineapple, and banana between 4 labelled freezer bags. Push out was much air as you can, seal and freeze for up to 3 months.
