Piña Colada Smoothie

This Piña Colada Smoothie is a great way to start the day! Plus, it's freezer friendly so you can make it ahead - perfect for meal prep!

Ingredients

For the freezer packs (makes 4 smoothie packs):

  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 6 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 sliced bananas

For making a smoothie (this is for ONE smoothie):

  • 1/2 - 1 cup pineapple juice almond milk OR coconut milk
  • Honey and/or vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  • Freeze the coconut milk in an ice cube tray before assembling the smoothie packs.

Make the packs:

  • Evenly divide coconut milk ice cubes, pineapple, and banana between 4 labelled freezer bags. Push out was much air as you can, seal and freeze for up to 3 months.

To make a smoothie:

  • Place 1/2 - 1 cup of your chosen liquid to a high-powder blender. Add the contents of ONE smoothie pack and blend until smooth. Taste and add vanilla/honey as you like.
