Instructions
Freeze the coconut milk in an ice cube tray before assembling the smoothie packs.
Make the packs:
Evenly divide coconut milk ice cubes, pineapple, and banana between 4 labelled freezer bags. Push out was much air as you can, seal and freeze for up to 3 months.
To make a smoothie:
Place ½ - 1 cup of your chosen liquid to a high-powder blender. Add the contents of ONE smoothie pack and blend until smooth. Taste and add vanilla/honey as you like.
