Garlic Parmesan Roasted Asparagus

Garlic Parmesan Roasted Asparagus is the side dish you're going to make again and again this spring. It's SO easy to whip up, you won't believe it! We love this for special meals like Easter dinner just as much as a veggie side on regular weeknights.

  • 1 pound asparagus rinsed and trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic powder
  • Sea salt and cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon juice only
  • 3 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese


  • Preheat the oven to 410°F (210°C).
  • Place the asparagus on a sheet pan in a single layer. Toss with the olive oil, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes, or until almost done.
  • Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese. Roast for 2-3 more minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon of parmesan cheese. Serve.
