This Slow Cooker Italian Sausage Pasta Sauce is an easy way to get a homemade dinner on the table with little hands-on time! Tastes best topped with lots of Parmesan!

1lbpork sausagesmeat removed from the casings and roughly crumbled
2cans14.5oz diced tomatoes
Saltpepper and Italian herbs to taste
1cuppeasthawed from frozen
Parmesan cheese for serving
Add all ingredients except for the peas to a 3.5-quart slow cooker. Stir around well and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Remove the lid and continue cooking for 10-15 minutes or until the sauce has thickened to your liking. Stir in the peas and serve hot over pasta topped with Parmesan cheese.
